What is the return policy?
We hope you are completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason it’s not quite right, we offer returns in line with the policy outlined below.
Items may be returned within 14 days of delivery, provided they are:
- Unworn, unused, and in their original condition
- With all original tags and packaging intact
Right of withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving any reason.The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day you, or a third party indicated by you, receive the goods.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision by contacting loveletters@marais.com with your order number within this period.

To initiate a return, please contact us at loveletters@marais.com with your order number and reason for return. Once approved, you will receive return instructions.
Please note:
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
- We recommend using a tracked service, as we cannot be responsible for lost returns.
Exchanges
If you wish to exchange an item for a different size or style, please contact us and we will do our best to accommodate, subject to availability.
refunds
Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed to the original method of payment within 5–10 business days. Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable.
Items returned in a condition other than new may not be accepted, or may be subject to a reduced refund. Should an item be faulty or incorrect, Marais will arrange return shipping at no cost to you.
